InnoGames has released a new major update for its browser MMO The West

InnoGames has launched a major update for its role-playing browser game, The West.

The update includes an activity reward system and an in-game shop, where players can score chests and other special items with the new Union Pacific Bond currency or nuggets.
The Union Pacific Shop highlights chests containing mystery items, but also “buff” items which give an advantage in duels or fort battles, plus raises labor points and refills HP. These items will change over time to keep the store useful and fresh.

One way for players to obtain Union Pacific Bonds is with the new activity reward system. An updated task list is presented to players each day, and each task pays out 1 UPB. Additional bonds are granted for completing the tasks for five consecutive days.
