Desert Hunters the Next Update for War Thunder

 

Gaijin has unveiled the next update for War Thunder: Update 1.63, 'Desert Hunters'. This upcoming content update will introduce 2 new maps, over 20 new vehicles, improved damage models, new tanks gunsights and some graphical improvements. Watch the video below, in which we get a first look at everything coming with this update.

The two new maps will take players to the desert region of Sinai, where they'll have to fight amongst sand dunes and ruins, and to Greece, where rocky valleys will test the skill of all pilots.

The update will introduce different vehicles for the WW2 and Cold War era options, including anti-aircraft guns and the British Swingfire, which uses a guided missile system.

Desert Hunters will also bring the giant Blohm & Voss BV 238, one of the largest and heaviest planes ever produced by Axis, which will become the biggest aircraft available in the game.
