First look at Crusaders of Solaria

 

This week we tried out Crusaders of Solaria from R2 Games, a side scrolling fantasy-based RPG where players get to choose from four different classes and head into a world of magic and mystery as the heroes of the story. With action-based combat where players are fully in control of moving around the side scrolling 3-D map and performing every attack manually as you advance through exciting quests and missions.

Though not typically our favourite kind of game we actually had quite a bit of from playing Crusaders of Solaria, with little more hands-on control in combat the game felt less automated than other games in this genre tend to be. Check out our video to see how we got along in our first 10 levels of gameplay as we crushed an entire mine full of Goblins!
