Fornite Battle Royale Free From Today

Starting today, September 26, Fortnite's Battle Royale mode will be free to play on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Mac. The PvE Campaign will remain in paid Early Access (it's expected to go fully free to play next year), but players will be able download the Battle Royale mode totally for free.

Fortnite's Battle Royale mode pits 100 players on a massive map where they must compete until only one is standing. With destructible environments and building skills, it's is the ultimate battle royale competition.
