Rail Nation receive a big summer update

Rail Nation has just received a major content update which brings a wide range of new content to the browser game, many of which are the result of extensive collaboration with the community.

The most noticeable features introduced with the updates are:
- Declare associations as friendly or rival
- City forum
- Language selection
- New conductor: William L. Smith with more valuable hints
- Extension of the Plus Account
- Revised webpage
