Lagoonia has revealed some new features for its upcoming open beta

InnoGames has revealed some new features on the approaching open beta of Lagoonia.

Players will be able to produce specific resources for island development by use of production buildings.

Many resources used to construct important buildings on the island cannot be found naturally, such as nails. Soon, when one collects metal from the plane wreck, for example, and places the material into the production building, nails can be made for future construction projects.

A trader will be introduced to the island, which allows players to trade his or her overstock of one resource for those rarer, on top of entirely new resources introduced to the landscape. Moreover, an inventory management system will be implemented.

Lagoonia is currently in a German language closed beta, and plans to launch in an English open beta in the coming weeks.
