World of Tanks Blitz releases today content update 2.9, introducing the long-awaited Training rooms, improvements to matchmaking and two new tanks: the sci-fi-inspired “Schmalturm Starchaser” and the famous “Rudy” from the Polish TV show “Four Tank-Men and a Dog” (Czterej Pancerni i Pies).

Training rooms allow players to create their own room to get to know the area and work on tactics. It's a feature requested by the community that finally arrives.

The new matchmaking puts more emphasis on skill to win battles, giving everyone a fairer chance on the fight.

Regarding the new tanks, the Schmalturm Starchaser is a German Tier VI premium medium tank with a rapid gun and great accuracy. Rudy, on the other hand, is a Soviet Tier VII premium medium tank with a 100% trained crew and a great rate of fire.
