First look at Orcs Must Die! Unchained with Commentary

We had a look at Robot Entertainment’s new moba Orcs Must Die! Unchained, currently in Alpha testing where we got to have a sneak peek of just what the game was offering.

The game revolves around players choosing from a variety of available heroes and trying to break their way through enemy defences on a map and help their waves of ally minions get into the opposing teams portal. During all this, the enemy team are trying to the exact same. Players can laydown traps, upgrade their minions, purchase new minion types and acquire new items and gear to customise their own hero loadouts.

In our first look video we checked out the ranged fire mage “Smolder”, able to shoot off fireballs and burst into flames to incinerate her targets. Check out the video to see how we got on in our first team based PVP battle!
