City of Heroes Freedom has released Street Justice, a new primary power set

NCsoft and Paragon Studios have released, a new primary power set for City of Heroes Freedom named Street Justice, suitable for the Brute, Scrappers and Stalkers archetypal character classes and a cast of secondary powers for Tankers.


The melee attacks to improve and allow players to strengthen their powers to destroy opponents with their finishing moves.
