Perfect World Entertainment incoming sci-fi MMOFPS Blacklight Retribution has released the third developer diary of the game direct from Zombie Studios. to celebrate the start of the closed beta test the next November 10.

In this installment, Instruments of War, the developers at Zombie explain the reasoning behind the gadgets and gear players can use in-game, everything from the price of weapons to the wall, negating Hyper Reality Vision are touched upon.
