When your character reaches level 20, you will receive a level 50 character as part of this promotion. To level up faster, C9 will also offer a Level 20 Character Boost to all gamers. This sets players up with a high level character from the very beginning!

IMPORTANT - If you have any problem with your key, please send us both the key received and the email address used for the registration with a message to our Facebook Page.

Step 2. Complete the captcha, then add your email to the field above (beside the “Get Your Key” button) you can only sign up once for this giveaway. If is the first time you use our system please check your email to validate it and add again the same mail in the field above.

Step 3. Create your account on the official website and download the game client. Choose a server and create a new character.

Step 4. To redeem the code go to the promotion page, enter the item key, click “redeem” and begin your adventure!! – IMPORTANT - C9 player can redeem the code after regular maintenance schedule at 2 AM, April 8, 2014 (Global Server Time).

    WOW, Giving us used keys? WTF why did u gave us keys that already redeemed?

    Hi guys, first of all, no need to worry about security as there is absolutely no way for us to know players’ ID. Secondly, we are currently checking if there is actually a problem with the keys provided by the publisher in order to solve it as soon as possible.

    A little update for anyone who had problems with his/her key: please send the email address used for the registration and the key received in a facebook message to our Facebook Page so we can check out what the problem is.
